We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Chartered Accountant to lead our finance operations and ensure robust financial governance across our manufacturing, retail, and export divisions.

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4+ years of post-qualification experience to join our Finance Department as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in statutory compliance, statutory audits, taxation, and financial reporting, with a solid understanding of the regulatory landscape governing the gems and jewellery sector in India.





Prepare and review statutory financial statements and related disclosures in compliance with Ind AS / Indian GAAP.

Manage all regulatory filings, including ROC compliance, MCA filings, and other statutory obligations.

Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other applicable tax laws; oversee preparation and filing of tax returns.

Financial Reporting & Controls

Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements.

Prepare management accounts with detailed variance analysis and performance commentary for senior leadership.

Maintain robust internal financial controls and ensure adherence to accounting policies and procedures.

Manage balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning cycles.
