About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our Product Engineering Team of our VeriTouch solution built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform. This role involves technical leadership, and hands-on oversight of development processes to deliver a scalable high-quality product. The ideal candidate is experienced in designing enterprise-grade applications, driving innovation, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing software engineering team environment.

Qualifications

15+ years of proven hands-on experience with the .Net platform, C#,



Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform, including Model Driven Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform technologies, with at least 5+ years in managerial roles.

Expertise in leading and developing technical teams, fostering collaboration and qualified growth.

Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical, innovative solutions.

Proven success in managing large-scale enterprise projects and navigating complex stakeholder environments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical details into actionable insights for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

Management of cross-functional software development teams comprising developers, business analysts, and quality engineers, including sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives to ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives.
