About The Role

The Executive – Accounts Payable at Secure plays a vital role within the Finance & Accounts department, primarily responsible for managing the accounts payable activities at our Sehore Plant in Madhya Pradesh. This role involves coordinating with the Corporate Finance team to ensure seamless processing of vendor invoices, timely payments, and accurate record maintenance.



The position requires a detail-oriented qualified who can handle multiple responsibilities including verifying invoices, liaising with various departments, and supporting audit processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, experience with ERP systems, and excellent communication skills to facilitate effective coordination across departments and with external vendors and agencies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a CA Intermediate qualification. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or Finance & Accounts, preferably within a manufacturing environment, is essential. The candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting entries, vendor invoice management, and applicable taxes such as GST and TDS.
