About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Specialist to join our team at Bambinos.live - Future School. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and providing strategic insights through accurate financial reporting. This role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills,
and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced startup setting. The Finance Specialist will play a key role in supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making processes that drive the company's growth and stability.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized university
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance including PF, TDS, GST, and other relevant regulations
Excellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
