About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst with extensive expertise in change management to join our agile team. This role involves partnering with clients to deliver complex business, technology, and transformation programs, acting as the change lead to ensure successful adoption and sustainability of new initiatives.



The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of organizational change strategies, stakeholder engagement, and business analysis techniques. You will be embedded within client teams, working closely with program leadership to shape change strategies, conduct impact assessments, and facilitate effective communication and training efforts. Qualifications
