Internship Overview
As a UI/UX Designer Intern at AaoStays, you'll work directly on the design of our homestay booking platform — shaping how guests search, browse, and book stays, and how hosts manage their listings. You'll take ownership of design tasks from wireframe to final handoff,
working closely with our product and development teams to bring ideas to life. This is a hands-on opportunity to build real products used by real travelers and hosts, not just a portfolio exercise.

Key ResponsibilitiesUI Design
Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile
Build and maintain reusable components and variants
Apply Auto Layout for responsive, scalable designs
Ensure visual consistency using design systems
Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
UX Research & Design
Conduct user research to understand guest and host needs
Map user flows and information architecture for key journeys
Create wireframes to structure new features before high-fidelity design
Run usability testing sessions and gather feedback
Apply basic accessibility principles (WCAG basics) to all designs
