As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with queries via email and live chat. This role is ideal for freshers who are looking to gain hands-on experience in customer service while working in a rapid-paced, supportive environment.
Assist customers by responding to queries through email and live chat
Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience

Availability to work night shifts (part-time, remote)
