Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Client Partner / Sales Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our Domestic/US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, account management, client engagement, and revenue growth.
This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively during IST business hours/Overlap to onsite hours.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Domestic/US-based clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling.
Generate recent business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification and proposal development to negotiation and closure.
Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and follow-up calls.
Collaborate with delivery, recruitment,



operations, and leadership teams to ensure timely and high-quality service.
Monitor account performance, client satisfaction, revenue targets, and sales pipelines.
Address client concerns promptly and coordinate effective resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and developments within the US market.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
[3–7 years] of experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or client relationship management.
Demonstrated experience working with clients in the US market.
Proven record of managing accounts and achieving revenue targets.
