Company Description. We are hiring for a mid-size real estate firm based out of Chennai. The company is engaged in large-scale real estate development, primarily in residential and commercial properties.

Role Objective
The Chief Revenue Officer will lead the sales strategy and market development for the residential real estate business. The ideal candidate will combine a strong sales orientation with a marketing mindset, with the ability to create market demand, build a strong broker/channel network, design creative sales schemes and drive project-level revenue.
The person should have a deep understanding of the residential real estate market, strong relationships with brokers/channel partners, and the ability to leverage digital, ATL and BTL marketing to generate qualified customer leads and accelerate sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Business Growth
Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for residential projects.
Own sales targets, revenue, bookings and collections for assigned projects.
Develop project-wise sales plans based on market dynamics, competition,



pricing and customer segments.
Identify new markets, customer segments and sales opportunities.
Build processes and metrics to improve sales productivity and conversion.
2. Channel Sales & Broker Network
Build, manage and expand a strong network of property brokers, channel partners and real estate consultants.
Develop deep relationships with key brokers and high-performing channel partners.
Drive broker engagement through regular meetings, property showcases, broker meets and incentive programmes.
Identify high-potential brokers and develop them into strategic partners.
Continuously expand the broker network across relevant micro-markets.
Understand broker feedback and translate market intelligence into actionable sales strategies.
3. Marketing & Demand Generation
Work closely with the marketing team/agency to develop digital, ATL and BTL campaigns for projects.
