Lead end-to-end residential interior design projects from client consultation to final handover.

Understand client requirements, lifestyle, preferences, and budget to develop personalized design solutions.

Create innovative space planning, layout concepts, and design presentations.

Prepare mood boards, material selections, furniture layouts, and 3D design proposals using design software.

Coordinate with sales, project managers, vendors, and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.





Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and maintain design quality.

Ensure projects are completed within timelines, budget, and HomeLane quality standards.

Mentor junior designers and support knowledge sharing within the design team.

Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and industry innovations.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

~1–8 years of experience in residential interior design, preferably in modular kitchens and home interiors.

~ Solid expertise in space planning, color theory, materials, lighting, and furniture design.

~ Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design tools.

~ Strong project coordination and problem-solving abilities.

~ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high design standards.
