The Instructional Designer (ID) collaborates with Subject Matter Experts to develop quality online courses for UoPeople. The Instructional Designer will utilize proven andragogical methods and current tools to create interactive and engaging content for students. Courses are developed with full accessibility and by the university standards. Instructional Designers act as the liaison between Department Chairs, Faculty, and Subject Matter Experts and the internal teams involved in the design and development of engaging courses
