Position Description:
We are looking for an experienced Performance Test Engineer with 7+ years of total testing experience and 5+ years of hands-on performance testing experience. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in LoadRunner, performance engineering practices, workload modeling, performance test execution, monitoring, analysis, and bottleneck identification.
Experience in the Insurance domain is preferred, along with the ability to analyze performance issues, identify root causes, and provide actionable recommendations to improve application scalability, stability, and reliability.
Your future duties and responsibilities
Design and execute performance testing strategies based on business and technical requirements.
Develop workload models representing realistic production usage patterns.
