What You'll Do

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Manager / Assistant Vice President Debt Capital Markets to lead origination, structuring, and execution of debt transactions. The role requires expertise in securitisation, structured credit, and debt arrangement, with strong relationships across banks, NBFCs, investors, and originators. The successful candidate will expand financing access for leading institutions by leveraging Kaleidofins score powered capital markets capabilities.

Key Development & Origination

Identify, assess, and onboard high-quality lending institutions and originators across India.
Build relationships with both established and emerging lenders across asset classes including Microfinance, Gold Loans, MSME Lending, Affordable Housing, Vehicle Finance, Green Finance, and other retail and emerging asset classes.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of securitisation, direct assignment, and structured credit opportunities.




Pitch and position KI's score-powered capital market solutions to lenders seeking productive funding access.

Transaction Structuring & Execution

Lead the end-to-end execution of Pass Through Certificate (PTC) transactions, Direct Assignment (DA) transactions, Pool buyouts, Structured debt transactions, and other capital market instruments.
Work closely with originators, investors, rating agencies, legal counsels, trustees, and internal teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Structure transactions to meet risk, regulatory, and investor requirements while maximizing execution outcomes.
Support due diligence, pool analysis, cash flow assessment, and transaction documentation.

Investor Coverage & Market Development

Build and manage relationships with Banks, NBFCs, Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, AIFs, Family Offices, and Institutional Investors.
