Role Description This is a full time hybrid HR Recruiter role based in the Greater Kolkata Area, with flexibility for partial work from home.



The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. This role will maintain talent pipelines for various business functions, especially operations, technology, and e-commerce-focused roles, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The HR Recruiter will collaborate with leadership to understand workforce needs, draft job descriptions, and support employer branding initiatives across online platforms. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate recruitment documentation, supporting onboarding activities, and contributing to HR process improvements that align with CoreCom AI’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
Experience in talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
