Role Description The Social Media Content Creator will develop, plan, and publish engaging content across social media platforms to showcase Aerione Bharat’s programs, initiatives, and impact. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating multimedia posts (text, images, short videos, reels),



writing captions, managing content calendars, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. The role involves collaborating with program teams to capture on-ground activities, documenting student experiences, and translating complex space and STEM concepts into accessible, inspiring stories. The Social Media Content Creator will track performance metrics, suggest improvements based on analytics, and stay updated on social media trends relevant to education and space technology. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
Ability to create explicit, engaging written content for social media, including captions, short posts, and scripts.
Skill in basic photo and video creation or editing, with familiarity in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
