We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales & Business Development Professional to join our growing team.

? Key Responsibility
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Generating new business leads and converting them into clients
- Pitching our digital marketing, branding, website development, and related services
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Achieving monthly client acquisition targets
- Contributing directly to the company’s overall revenue growth
? Performance Expectations
We are looking for someone who can consistently generate approximately 2–3 new clients per month, with the potential to achieve 4–5+ clients per month based on performance.
? Compensation
Up to ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience, skills,
and performance.
? Work Mode
Currently: 100% Work From Home
As the role evolves and the remote-work phase concludes, the position will transition to an office-based role at either our Rishikesh or Dehradun office, depending on business requirements.
? Ideal Candidate
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven sales or business development experience
- Ability to independently generate and close leads
- Target-oriented and highly motivated
- Experience in selling digital marketing or IT services is a strong advantage
