Role Description The Branch Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for leading sales activities and business development for the branch.



This role includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting TRP Logistics’ full range of services across customs clearance, freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, and project cargo. The Branch Sales Manager will plan and execute sales strategies, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and monitor sales performance against branch targets. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments, resolving client issues promptly, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The role requires active market research, competitor analysis, and regular field visits to build a strong network and drive sustainable revenue growth.
