Hiring: Area Manager – Wealth Management Company: Motilal Oswal Financial Services

Employment Type: Full-time

Drive and achieve defined AUM and Revenue targets in line with business objectives.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with the existing network of Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) .

Identify, recruit, and onboard new and potential IFAs to expand the distribution network.

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business, productivity, and performance targets.

Ensure the highest standards of IFA servicing across sales support, query resolution, product training, and client seminars.

Conduct regular reviews and provide strategic guidance to the sales team to maximize business opportunities and performance.





Build and strengthen the team in line with the defined organizational structure , ensuring the right talent is hired and developed.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives and deliver a superior partner experience.

1+ years of experience in Mutual Funds / Asset Management / Wealth Management .

~ Solid IFA/Distributor network and relationship management skills.

~ Experience in leading and managing sales teams .

~ Strong communication, business development, and leadership skills.
