We need a driven, strategic, and hands-on Senior Sales Executive/Lead to accelerate wrkwrk’s growth story. This is an individual contributor role, one that demands a blend of relationship-building, business acumen, and execution excellence. You will be responsible for driving revenue and building long-term partnerships that powers our growth, from sales strategy to onboarding new clients and expanding existing accounts to identifying opportunities that align with our mission. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Community to ensure every partnership we secure delivers measurable value for our clients and contributes to wrkwrk’s growth.

Sales Strategy & Growth





· Drive local sales in Mangalore – focus on Private office sales – 30-100 seaters

· Assist in close large enterprise sales 300 seaters & above

· Accessing the local market intelligence & potential by creating a comprehensive database of local clients, business & enterprise

· Based on in the intelligence gathering - define a transparent channel strategy, for local direct sales, partnerships & brokers, corporate outreach programs

· Regular reporting of sales strategy & execution plan - yearly/quarterly revenue growth & targets aligned with wrkwrk’s business goals.

· Maintains the sales CRM – Lead Gen, Qualification matrix, Client need assessments, Proposal & Negotiation, Closure and Contract signing, Post-Sale Relationship.

~ Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline across multiple channels, direct outreach, inbound leads, partnerships, and referrals.
