Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Officer role based in Bengaluru.



The Medical Officer will provide day-to-day clinical care for patients with chronic and complex conditions, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing monitoring. Responsibilities include coordinating with specialists and primary care physicians, reviewing medical reports, prescribing appropriate therapies, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards. The role includes supervising nursing and allied health staff, guiding patient and family education on disease management, and supporting continuity of care across in-facility, home-based, and rehabilitation services. The Medical Officer will also contribute to care pathway development, participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives, and support training sessions for clinical teams.

Strong clinical foundation in Medicine with experience managing chronic and multi-system conditions.
