Clyde International Corporation is building its international footprint, combining expertise from the UK and Scotland with a growing finance and inventory hub in Pune, India. We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Accounting & Reporting Analyst who can combine accounting knowledge with operational inventory control. This role focuses on accurate stock reporting, reconciliation, automation and working closely with procurement and logistics to ensure smooth inventory flow.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels, conduct regular stock audit checks and reconciliations
- Oversee inventory accounting, including valuation, cost analysis and variance reporting
- Track and validate stock movements (receipts, issues, transfers, returns) across systems
- Prepare explicit, actionable inventory reports for management and operations teams




- Collaborate with procurement and logistics to align stock planning with business needs
- Analyse inventory ratios, demand trends and stock flow to forecast requirements
- Develop and automate reporting frameworks using Excel, ERP and dashboards
- Work with WMS to streamline stock control and reporting
- Implement process improvements to reduce stock loss and improve accuracy
- Ensure stock records are accurate, transparent and ready for periodic checks or audits

Key Skills & Education Required
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or Supply Chain (preferred)
- Experience in inventory accounting, reconciliation or stock control
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical mindset
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data modeling)
- Experience with ERP/inventory management systems and WMS platforms
- Knowledge of accounting principles combined with operational inventory pract
