We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales – India to lead the monetization of our exclusive media and commercial partnership inventory in the Indian market.

Role Overview

The Head of Sales – India will build and drive ADscholars' revenue business in India across our portfolio of exclusive partnership inventory.

This is a highly commercial, hunter-orientated role. The successful candidate will not be selling ADscholars' general digital media services. Their primary responsibility is to bring ADscholars' exclusive media assets and partnerships to market, identify high-value advertisers and agencies, create commercial opportunities,



and deliver revenue against aggressive targets.

The role involves close collaboration with global media partners, agencies, advertisers and ADscholars' leadership team to develop strategic revenue opportunities across sports, CTV/OTT, digital video, premium content and other exclusive media properties.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Sales Leadership
Own the India revenue target for ADscholars' exclusive partnership inventory.
Develop and execute the India sales strategy across agencies, brands and strategic advertisers.
Build a solid sales pipeline and consistently deliver against monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
Identify high-value revenue opportunities and convert them into commercial partnerships.
Develop short-, medium- and long-term revenue plans for each major partnership.
Own the complete sales cycle - from prospecting and pitching through negotiation, closure and account growt
