The Business Analyst – Technology will play a key role in driving this transformation by connecting business needs with technology solutions.

Role Purpose

The Business Analyst – Technology will serve as the bridge between programme teams, support functions, leadership, technology partners, and end users. The role will be responsible for understanding organizational needs, analysing business processes, documenting requirements, improving systems, driving digital transformation initiatives,



and ensuring technology investments create measurable value.

The role requires a combination of analytical thinking, stakeholder management, project coordination, process improvement, data analysis, and technology implementation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering (25%)

Stakeholder Engagement

Engage with Programme, People, Finance, Fundraising, MEAL, Administration, and Leadership teams to understand business challenges and opportunities.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, focus groups, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Develop solid relationships with internal users to understand operational realities and pain points.
Facilitate discussions to prioritise business requirements.

Requirement Documentation

Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
Create Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
Document user stories, use cases, work
