We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Platform Engineer — a technically sharp, hands-on resource who will work alongside the team to optimize our Salesforce environment end to end. This isn't a cloud-specific or module-specific role. The focus is on platform health, code quality, scalable architecture,



and engineering best practices across whatever clouds and features the org uses today or adopts tomorrow. Exposure to AI-driven capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem is a valuable bonus.
We need someone who treats the Salesforce platform like a product — not a project. Someone who looks at a cluttered org and sees a roadmap, not a disaster. You’ll work hands-on with the team to untangle, optimize, and future-proof our Salesforce setting so it scales with the business.

Responsibilities

Platform Optimization & Org Health
Hunt down technical debt — dead automations, bloated triggers, redundant fields, and queries that scan half the database for one record.
Audit and rationalize automations into a single, sane framework. No more “which of the five automations on this object actually fires first?” mysteries.
Monitor org health proactively — governor limits, storage, API consumption, deployment stability — using Salesforce Optimizer, Event Monitoring, and custom das
