We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations, financial record management, and administrative coordination. This role is ideal for individuals with a robust foundation in accounting principles, hands-on experience with Tally, and excellent organizational skills.
As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing vendor payments, maintaining accurate accounting records, processing financial transactions, and supporting reconciliation and reporting activities. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely payments, proper documentation, and compliance with financial processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in finance and accounting while working in a collaborative and process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities




- Process vendor payments, salary disbursements, and other routine financial transactions accurately and on time.
- Record and maintain daily accounting entries in Tally while ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with GST, tax-related payments, and compliance activities in coordination with the finance team.
- Follow up with vendors regarding invoices, payment confirmations, and outstanding documentation.
- Maintain client agreements, financial records, invoices, bills, and supporting accounting documents.
- Organize and manage financial documentation to ensure easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Support reconciliation activities by verifying financial transactions and resolving discrepancies.
- Assist the senior accounts team in preparing financial reports, payment summaries, and accounting records.
