This opportunity at Innow8 is for a driven and execution-focused Business Development Executive who will help expand our market presence and drive growth across schools, institutions, and partner organizations.The role involves client outreach, relationship building, proposal creation, and sales coordination for our STEM, Robotics, IoT, and EdTech solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients including schools, colleges, institutions, CSR partners
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and coordination
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
- Achieve the Business Target given by company.
- Support and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive lead conversion.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales reports




- Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to align solutions with client requirements
- Maintain basic CRM records, lead status, and sales documentation
- Participate in meetings, demos, and discussions to support deal closures

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain solutions clearly and professionally to clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Zoho Workspace (Excel, Word, Canva)
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and lead generation
- Positive analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a startup environment
