What would you do? Working Conditions

The candidate must be adaptable to work US or rotational shifts and be willing to extend shift hours during transitions, staffing gaps, fraud spikes, or critical operational events, as needed.



What are we looking for? Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience in fraud operations, with strong exposure to US payment fraud, card fraud, or digital banking fraud.
Strong understanding of payment systems, including ACH, wire, cards, P2P, RTP, and dispute workflows.
Deep knowledge of fraud typologies, including account takeover, social engineering scams, mule networks, first-party fraud, and card-not-present fraud.
Working knowledge of applicable US regulations and network rules, including Reg E, Reg Z, and chargeback frameworks.
Strong analytical, investigative, and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess complex fraud scenarios independently.
Experience supporting junior team members, quality reviews, or process improvement initiatives is preferred.
