What's the role like?
We’re looking for a part time remote Chess Instructor to join our team As a Chess Coach, you’ll be teaching kids aged 4-16 through fun and engaging one-on-one sessions and group classes. Your day-to-day will involve developing lesson plans, running training sessions, giving feedback, and organizing chess events and competitions. The best part? The hours are flexible and based on your availability

What You’ll Do:
✔️ Coach kids through one-on-one and group sessions, helping them improve their chess skills
✔️ Make learning chess fun and engaging while teaching strategies, tactics, and game fundamentals




✔️ Prepare students for chess tournaments and competitions
✔️ Track and evaluate students’ progress, offering feedback and support
✔️ Help create a fun and positive environment for kids to learn and grow

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ FIDE-rated chess player with solid experience
✔️ Fluent in English, with a kid-friendly approach to coaching
✔️ Flexibility in working hours—sessions will be scheduled based on your availability.
✔️ Bonus points if you speak Hindi
✔️ Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching chess
✔️ Previous experience as a chess coach or instructor is a plus.
