What would you do? We are seeking a Fraud Analyst to monitor, detect, and investigate suspicious transactions across multiple channels, including ACH, wire, P2P, and card payments, for US-based banking and fintech clients.



The role is focused on minimizing fraud losses, ensuring compliance, maintaining customer trust, and delivering high-quality operational outcomes that meet SLA expectations.

What are we looking for? ? Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred. ? Zeal to learn quick and exhibit the learning to excellence ? Basic understanding of payment systems, including ACH, wire, cards, P2P, and RTP. ? Familiarity of fraud typologies, including account takeover, social engineering scams, mule activity, and card-not-present fraud, dispute and chargeback processes ? Strong communication and presentation skills. ? Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making ability. ? Ability to work effectively in high-volume, SLA-driven environments. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. Working Conditions ? The candidate must be adaptable to work US or rotational shifts
