Key Responsibilities

Agency Performance Management: Oversee and own the performance of external media agency partners.



Serve as the day-to-day liaison to ensure agency-led campaigns align with firm objectives, holding partners accountable to agreed-upon KPIs, media efficiency targets, and delivery timelines.

Running in-house campaigns: Running the in-house campaigns, leading in-house media team to drive the performance.

Campaign Management: Build, launch, and manage in-house paid campaigns across key B2B channels, with a heavy emphasis on LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads (Search & Display), and programmatic platforms.

Audience Targeting: Develop and implement sophisticated B2B targeting strategies, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) lists, retargeting, and custom audience segments to effectively reach global decision-makers.

Optimization & Bidding: Monitor daily campaign pacing and budget utilization.

Continuously optimize bids, audience parameters, and placements to improve key performance indicators such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Click-Through
