Job Description: Sales Executive-Male & Female

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth operations at the sales counter. The Sales Executive will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Regular Tasks-
- Arrange displays at counters after stock trays come out from the vault.
- Conduct the opening stock check at the beginning of each day and print out the stock report.
- Provide exceptional service to customers and address their inquiries effectively.
- Manage inventory and ensure appropriate stock levels are maintained.
- Understand and fulfil customer requirements promptly and efficiently.




- Facilitate sales either from existing stock or by placing orders as per customer requirements.
- Hand over Ready-to-Display (RTD) customers to the Senior Sales Executive
- Encourage customers for up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Resolve any customer issues related to orders during the delivery process.
- Follow up on customer orders with the back-office team for smooth order processing.
- Assist customers with wearing jewellery for a better understanding of the product.
- Conduct closing stock checks at the end of each day.

Qualifications and requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and agile environment.
