Basic Function: The CFO is accountable for the administrative, financial, And risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a Financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the on-going Development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company Assets and report accurate financial results. - Supervise in the event of acquisition due diligence by appropriate 3 rd party and play significant role to negotiate acquisitions and joint
- Internal Audit – Strengthen and oversee internal audit function.
Financial Information
- Oversee the issuance of financial information
- Report financial results to the board of directors and contribute in strategic decision by the board of
Risk Management
- Understand and mitigate key elements of the company & risk profile
- Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the organization
- Manage and monitor all legal issues (arbitration, legal, civil, criminal) of the company
- Construct and monitor reliable control systems
- Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
