Job Description:

As the HR Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within the organization. You will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives. Additionally, you will lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the effective delivery of HR services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with the company's objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and onboarding activities.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee morale and satisfaction.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions,



and grievance handling, in compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR practices, including labour laws, employment standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development planning.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees at all levels.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, incentive schemes, and employee perks packages.
- Provide HR support and advice to management and employees on various HR-related matters.
- Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
