Job Description:

The job description is as below:
- The Site Engineer will be responsible for managing and executing multiple project sites simultaneously, ensuring that each project progresses according to approved drawings, budgets, and timelines. This role requires robust technical knowledge, leadership ability, and multi-site coordination skills. The candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and possess a sound understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and site execution workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision & Execution
 Oversee day-to-day construction activities across two or more project sites.
 Ensure execution as per approved architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
 Manage and guide Site Engineers, Supervisors, and Contractors to maintain work quality, productivity, and safety.
 Verify that materials and workmanship meet project specifications and quality standards.
 Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for each site.

2. Planning & Coordination




 Develop micro-level work schedules for all active sites and ensure timely completion of milestones.
 Coordinate between architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth execution.
 Review project drawings and communicate design clarifications or discrepancies to the concerned departments.
 Liaise with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials to all sites.
 Monitor labor productivity and ensure efficient resource utilization.

3. Drawing & Technical Understanding
 Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and convert them into executable site instructions.
 Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and measurement sheets where required.
 Coordinate with design and structural consultants to resolve technical queries.
 Ensure version control and maintain updated drawing sets at each site.

4. Quality, Cost & Safety Control
 Implement and monitor quality assurance and control processes for all civil
