Job Description:

As a Production Engineer at company, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective and effective production of high-quality solar energy products, including Solar Array Junction Boxes, Solar Panels, and related components. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes, optimizing production workflows, and maintaining quality standards to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning and Scheduling:
- Collaborate with the Production Manager and other stakeholders to develop production plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to meet customer demand and delivery targets.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as needed to optimize efficiency, minimize downtime, and maximize productivity.

2. Process optimization and continuous improvement:
- Analyze production processes, equipment performance, and workflow layouts to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Implement best practices,

3. Quality Control and Assurance:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures, standards, and inspection processes to ensure the production of high-quality solar energy products that meet industry standards and customer specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes, equipment, and finished products to identify and address quality issues and deviations.

4. Equipment Maintenance and Reliability:
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure the proper maintenance, calibration, and repair of production equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and ensure operational reliability.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs and troubleshoot equipment failures to minimize disruptions to production schedules.
