Job Description:

About the Role:

We are looking for a Finance Executive with hands-on experience in real estate finance, banking operations, and loan documentation. The role owns end-to-end financial documentation and coordinates closely with banks, auditors, and internal teams, while also supporting financial planning, MIS, and project-level financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Banking & Loan Operations:

• Manage banking relationships and day-to-day banking operations.
• Maintain APF (Approved Project Finance) file documentation.
• Prepare, review, and verify loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with banks and NBFCs on home loan processing, approvals, and disbursements.
• Track loan status and ensure timely closure of documentation requirements.

Accounts & Finance:

• Manage Accounts Payable, including vendor invoice verification and payments.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor fund movements.
• Support cash flow monitoring, working capital management,



and debt servicing schedules.
• Assist with monthly and annual financial closing.

Financial Planning, Reporting & MIS:

• Prepare MIS reports and financial data packs for management review.
• Build Excel-based reports for tracking, analysis, and decision-making.
• Monitor budgets, track variances, and support forecasting.
• Maintain project-wise financial dashboards and key performance indicators.
• Prepare investor, lender, and management pitch decks and financial models.
• Support feasibility studies, financial due diligence, and investment analysis, including sensitivity and scenario
analysis for current projects.
• Monitor project-wise profitability, cash flows, and fund utilization.
• Oversee escrow and customer collections reconciliation.

Compliance, Documentation & Process:

• Maintain financial and loan-related documentation in line with policy.
