Job Description:

Project Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and coordination of solar energy systems. Their role is critical to ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time, while meeting quality standards and budget constraints.

Here are some of the responsibilities of project manager:
- Planning: Create project schedules and budgets, and track goals, tasks, resources, and costs
- Execution: Oversee the development, design, construction, and commissioning of the project
- Quality control: Ensure that the project meets specifications, schedules, and budgets
- Cost reduction: Identify opportunities to reduce costs and minimize risk
- Safety: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that any potential risks are addressed
- Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, communicating project progress, milestones, and issues
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, system designers, engineers, installers, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities
- Documentation:



Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Monitoring: Monitor project performance, including construction progress, energy production, and financial performance

Job description

Manage the design, engineering and construction of wind energy projects
- Develop, maintain and execute the project proposal or work plan to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of project to assure that the project requirements can be met
- Establish or oversee the work plan, staffing, and budgeting for each phase of project execution, including design, engineering, procurement and construction, and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel
- Establish the project engineering, procurement and construction budget and take responsibility for the regular review and reporting to accounting
