Job Overview:

The Unit Head will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, maintenance, and
compliance of the 25MLD Captive Effluent Treatment Plant. The role requires strategic
planning, team management, and ensuring adherence to environmental and regulatory
standards while optimizing plant performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Plant Operations & Maintenance:
 Ensure smooth operation of the 25MLD Effluent Treatment Plant, maintaining
optimum efficiency.
 Develop and implement SOPs for plant processes, maintenance, and safety
protocols.

 Monitor key performance parameters such as effluent quality, treatment efficiency,
energy consumption, and cost optimization.
