About
the Role

As a Senior Architect at
Propel, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and
high-performance technology architectures that power enterprise and
cloud-native solutions. You will act as a strategic technical leader —
translating business requirements into robust system designs, guiding
engineering teams through execution, and ensuring architectural excellence
across projects.

This role combines deep
technical expertise with hands-on leadership, mentorship, and continuous
innovation.

Key
Responsibilities

· Architecture Strategy & Delivery
Lead the design and implementation of scalable architectures using SOA,
microservices, event-driven, and distributed systems.




· Cloud & Infrastructure Leadership
Architect and guide cloud adoption across Azure, AWS, or GCP using SaaS, PaaS,
and IaaS models while ensuring security, reliability, and cost efficiency.
· Containerization & Scalability
Design and deploy cloud-native applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
· Data Engineering & Security
Design secure data pipelines using ETL, ELT, and CDC approaches. Implement
encryption standards (AES, DES, MD5, SHA1) and ensure regulatory compliance
such as HIPAA and GDPR where applicable.
· Solution Ownership
Own end-to-end solution delivery from proof-of-concept to production
deployment.
· DevOps & CI/CD Enablement
Establish best practices across version control systems (GitHub, GitLab,
Bitbucket), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines), and code quality
platforms (SonarQube, Veracode).
· Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering
