Job Purpose
The Product Manager role exists to ensure that customers experience a seamless, reliable, and secure journey from product selection to checkout and financing. These modules are critical touchpoints in the customer lifecycle, directly influencing conversion rates, revenue growth, and customer trust.Duties and Responsibilities
? Define product vision and roadmap for B2B business App & Web.
? Gather and translate requirements into explicit product specs and user stories.
? Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
? Ensure seamless, user-friendly journeys for checkout and loan applications.
? Partner with compliance teams to meet regulatory and risk standards.
? Align stakeholders and cross-functional teams for timely delivery.
? Track KPIs, monitor performance, and recommend improvements.
? Quality Assurance: Review and approve creative materials, ensuring they meet quality standards and are aligned with strategic objectives and brand identity.

? Product Roadmap Prioritization – Decides which features and enhancements for B2B business (App & Web) are prioritized based on business impact, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
? Requirement Closure – Determines scope boundaries, resolves conflicting requirements, and finalizes specifications for development.
? User Experience Design Choices – Approves workflows, UI/UX flows, and customer journey optimizations to ensure seamless checkout and loan application processes.
? Risk & Compliance Alignment – Makes decisions on compliance-related adjustments and risk mitigation strategies in collaboration with legal/regulatory teams.
? Stakeholder Alignment – Decides on trade-offs between business demands and technical constraints, ensuring timely sign-offs and delivery.
