Role Brief:
We are looking for an Associate/Sr. Associate - Client Engagement who can provide ongoing support to our clients. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with volunteering champions worldwide, proposing and implementing recent programs to improve the business revenue potential, and minimize churn rates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Client Engagement Manager in managing client communications and coordination, including proposals and project updates.
- Communicate with clients to understand their volunteering related needs, expectations, and maintain strong relationships with them.
- Assist in organizing client engagement interventions including business reviews, workshops, project updates, proposals and presentations.
- Take ownership of client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Meet (and hopefully exceed) the revenue growth targets for accounts mapped to you within your pod.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and execute on client project
