Job Description:

Job Overview: The Operational Executive will work across various functions to support the daily operations of the firm. From client acquisition to ensuring compliance, this role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute their energy and creativity to improving our operational processes. You will also play a key role in executing client communication tasks and reporting on progress to management.

Key Responsibilities:

● Client Acquisition & Onboarding: ○ Assist in identifying and acquiring potential clients through various channels, including digital marketing, referrals, and outreach programs.

○ Support the onboarding process for recent clients, ensuring all necessary documents and information are collected in a timely manner.

○ Maintain a smooth transition from the sales process to client servicing, providing any support needed during the early stages of the relationship.

● Creation & Maintenance of Financial Database: ○ Help create and maintain an accurate and up-to-date financial database for clients,



ensuring all records are complete and properly organized.

Support the tracking and updating of financial information for each client, ensuring compliance with firm policies and industry regulations.

○ Coordinate with relevant teams to gather necessary financial data, ensuring all information is accurate and timely.

○ Work closely with directors to structure the financial database for further upstream use cases.

● Compliance & Regulatory Support: ○ Assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place for both internal and external audits.

○ Ensure that all client files and financial records comply with the latest industry standards and legal regulations.

● Execution of Operational Tasks: ○ Support the operational team by executing various tasks that contribute to the firm’s day-to-day functions.
