Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product Executive to lead the development, launch, and growth of our product portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance consumer insights, operational excellence, and commercial success. The Product Executive will be responsible for finalizing SKUs across product segments, coordinating with distributors and suppliers, leading packaging development, and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies.

This is a hands-on role requiring cross-functional leadership, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to drive products from concept through successful market launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & SKU Management




- Define and finalize SKU specifications across assigned product categories, including variants, sizes, formulations, and pricing tiers
- Develop comprehensive product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify gaps, trends, and consumer needs
- Own product lifecycle management from ideation through launch to post-market optimization
- Build and maintain detailed product specifications, ensuring alignment with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Create product positioning strategies that differentiate offerings in competitive markets

Distributor & Supply Chain Coordination
- Serve as primary liaison with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners
- Coordinate product availability, inventory planning, and distribution logistics
- Negotiate terms and manage relationships with manufacturing partners, OEMs, and private label suppliers
