Experience: 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial roles.

Prior experience in senior or supervisory roles is a plus.

Job Summary:

A Senior Accountant is a vital member of the finance team, responsible for overseeing the

preparation of financial statements, managing accounting operations, and ensuring

compliance with regulations. This role requires solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and

a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

o Evaluate complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

o Maintain accuracy in records and reports.





o Address financial challenges effectively.

o Support team development and foster collaboration.

o Prepare and review accurate financial statements (balance sheets, income statements,

cash flow statements).

o Account Reconciliation: Perform and oversee reconciliations of bank statements,

general ledger accounts, and other financial documents.

o Ensure compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards.

o Assist in audits by providing required documentation and addressing auditor queries.

o Team Supervision: Guide and mentor junior accountants and other team members.

Review and approve their work to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
