The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in Banking / NBFC with over 15 years of experience, including expertise in Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis, Risk management, Financial Operations & Internal Controls, Compliance & Audit, Pricing Strategy, IPO and Capital Market Transactions, Treasury Management, Stakeholder and Investor Management and Team leadership. As the VP of Banking, you will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for Overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with Banking & NBFC regulations. Developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve financial goals. Managing and mentoring a team of professionals. Building, maintaining and liaisioning with HNI & Corporate clients, Stakeholders, Promoters and Investors

Key insights for Financial Forecast, Budgets and Analysis
to spearhead and execute short- and long-term financial goals with minimal resources
To cover expenses and grab opportunities to drive revenue and Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA).
Financial Operations & Internal Controls:
Control Environment: To control environment of an organization, influencing the control consciousness of its people
Risk Assessment: To oversee market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk.
Control Activities: To look after approvals, authorizations, verification, reconciliations, reviews of operating performance, security of assets and segregation of duties
Information and Communication: Ensure communication quick, automated, interactive and rapidly changing information
Monitoring: To check a regular financial review of activity to identify errors, anomalies, potential compliance issues, and significant budget variances.
