Experience- 0 to 3 years (e-commerce industry experience preferred)
Industry: E-commerce
Educational Qualification: MBA or PGDM (Marketing or Operations)
Skills: Solid written and verbal communication (Preferred Language English)
Basic Knowledge: Excel, PPT
Job Responsibilities:
1. Order processing across all portals
2. Packaging and dispatch of daily orders
3. Processing return orders
4. Managing warehouse Shipments
5. Inventory Management
6. New Cataloguing uploading
7. Existing catalogue issues
8. Coordinate with Logistics partner
9. Coordinate with ops and technical teams to resolve operational issues
Job Timings: 10:00 am to 06:30 pm (6 days a week)
