our team in Kolkata. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning,
coordinating, and executing a variety of events, ensuring each one is delivered to the highest
standard. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication
skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Planning and Coordination:
o Assist in the conceptualization and planning of events, including corporate
events, conferences, exhibitions, and social functions.
o Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored
event solutions.
o Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and checklists to ensure all aspects of
the event are covered.
2. Vendor Management:
o Identify and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure necessary
services and materials.
o Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to ensure cost-effective and
high-quality service delivery.
o Oversee vendor performance and resolve any issues that arise.
3. Logistics Management:
o Manage the logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, setup, and
breakdown.
o Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and catering arrangements.
o Ensure all equipment and materials are in place and functioning as needed.
4. In office Event Management:
o Oversee the execution of events on the day, ensuring everything runs smoothly
and addressing any issues promptly.
o Manage event staff and volunteers, providing direction and support as needed.
o Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
5. Budget Management:
o Assist in the development and management of event budgets.
o Track expenses and ensure events are delivered within budget.
o Provide regular financial reports and updates to management.
6. Post-Event Activities:
