Job Description
Role Responsibilities:-
- Review post-closing loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Identify and document exceptions related to missing or incorrect documentation
- Research and resolve exceptions using internal systems and documentation
- Validate collateral documentation and confirm proper perfection requirements
- Communicate exception status and required actions to business line partners
- Update systems of record to reflect findings and resolution status
- Manage assigned pipeline to meet service level and quality expectations
- Ensure work aligns with procedures, audit standards, and compliance requirements




- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce risk
