About the job:
The Corporate Finance Advisory team is seeking an experienced manager to curate deals and provide comprehensive corporate finance advisory services. The ideal candidate will act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for relevant deals, overseeing them from start to finish. Key responsibilities include conducting valuations, financial and commercial due diligence, and preparing financial models in collaboration with senior management and founders. We're looking for a proactive individual with a passion for corporate finance and the ability to thrive in a energetic, evolving environment.

Client & Project Management:
- Lead business development efforts for corporate finance services, including M&A;, valuations, financial projections, and due diligence.
- Evaluate and onboard startups, investors, venture partners, and investor networks.
- Conduct industry and competitive analysis of startups.
- Prepare financial models, validate valuation assumptions, and conduct financial analysis.
- Prepare valuation reports and necessary documents,



including MR letters and NDAs.
- Act as the SPOC for founders of curated startups, ensuring timely delivery of all relevant deal documents and deliverables.
- Prepare risk documents, such as engagement letters and addendums.
- Assist in organizing events for founders, investors, and stakeholders.
- Liaise with various stakeholders associated with projects to maintain good relations.

Business Research:
- Track relevant sectors and key participants in the industry.
- Compile and analyze reliable statistical data using modern and traditional methods.
- Perform market research, including SWOT and GAP analysis.
- Provide competitive analysis on various companies' market offerings, identifying trends, and understanding business models, and strategies.
- Prepare industry research reports and advisory notes.
