Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 4-9 years of experience to play a pivotal role in designing, configuring, and delivering robust IT service management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This individual will be instrumental in streamlining and automating critical IT operations, including incident, problem, change, and request management, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and administrators to enhance service delivery, improve process efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across the IT service lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications and modules to meet business requirements
- Implement and maintain core ITSM processes: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog
- Develop and manage business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and Flow Designer workflows




- Configure and maintain access control lists (ACLs), notifications, and SLA policies
- Build and deploy catalog items, record producers, and automated workflows
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs via the Integration Hub
- Utilize Service Portal to deliver user-friendly interfaces for service consumers
- Maintain and enhance CMDB data models and relationships
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for service monitoring
- Ensure all development follows ServiceNow best practices, governance standards, and coding guidelines

Requirements
- Proven experience in ServiceNow ITSM module development and configuration
- Solid proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal
- Demonstrated expertise in REST/SOAP-based integrations
- In-depth knowledge of CMDB,
